As Managing Partner, Mariano leads the daily operations of DM Properties, overseeing the company’s departments and ensuring the smooth execution of strategy across the business.
Mariano has been an integral part of our team, joining the company in 2008 as a Sales Associate, progressing to Sales Director in 2020. In 2025 Mariano became a Partner at the firm and assumed the role of Managing Partner. He brings a strong foundation in real estate, business development, and operational leadership to his new role.
With a hands-on leadership style, Mariano works closely with teams, clients, and partners to deliver exceptional service and drive results, all while upholding the company’s commitment to trust, collaboration, and long-term relationships.
Born and educated in Buenos Aires, Mariano began his professional journey as a Sales Representative while earning his degree in Social Communication. His pursuit of international experience took him to Barcelona and then Scotland, where he completed a degree in Marketing Management at Napier University. There, he also collaborated with the UK press, producing political and economic reports before finding his true calling in real estate upon moving to Marbella in 2008.
Since joining DM Properties, Mariano has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive growth, streamline operations, and implement innovative systems—all while building strong personal relationships with clients and team members alike. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he has a natural talent for communication and team empowerment, always seeking to bring out the best in those around him.
