About Pia
As Principal Partner of DM Properties, Pia continues a family legacy deeply rooted in Marbella by guiding the leadership team in delivering sustainable success and helping to align all departments with the company’s long-term vision and values. She remains actively involved in shaping the group’s strategic direction, ensuring that DM Properties continues to evolve while staying true to its founding principles.
After obtaining a BA in Visual Communication from the prestigious Edinburgh College of Art, she rejoined her hometown and the family business in 2006, and has since played a key role in shaping DM Properties into one of Marbella’s most trusted real estate firms. Starting from the ground up in communications and marketing, and later moving into operations leadership, she has developed an intimate understanding of the business and its values.
After 15 years serving as Managing Partner, Pia assumed the role of Principal Partner in the beginning of 2025, stepping back from daily operations and focusing on high-level decision-making and nurturing the company’s core values: trust, quality, long-term relationships, and collaboration.
Born and raised in Marbella, with Argentinian heritage, Pia brings a truly international perspective shaped by her education in Marbella, the U.S. and the U.K. Her local knowledge, global outlook, and natural ability to connect with people have made her a cornerstone of DM’s international relationships.
